Student Nurses & New Nurses

Nurses, Don’t be afraid to reach out. I will be writing a lot of articles, not just blogs, to put all the medical jargen and nursing terminology at your fingertips. The articles are not free - they are in-depth, but will be easy to use and follow for study groups and self study.

As an LVN for 18 years, I know what you are going through. I don’t think the Vocational Nursing program has changed much since I attended - clinicals are still the same, labs are still the same, caring for patients is still the same.

I started my nursing career in Corrections. Something you should think about. Great experience!
Lots of wound care. Lots of exposure to chronic diseases that will help you grow as a new nurse.
